WARNING!: STRONG LANGUAGE!

From: Stolen Valor on YouTube
--
This video was sent to us by a lady out of the Reno, Nevada area. This guy was walking around pretending he was a Marine. When asked for his name he responded that, "He was on High Alert, and couldn't give that out."

He then said he was a member of the 3rd Battalion, 26th Marines, which have been deactivated sine 1970. The Marines do have a 26th MEU(Marine Expeditionary Unit), but it doesn't have a 3rd Battalion.
He was trying to get a discount on or a free venue for his wedding using the claims.

I’m waiting to see a video of somebody getting their butt kicked for calling people out in public. There’s way to many people with mental illness for me to be concerned with who someone that is faker.

Just calmly and quietly tell him that he looks like an ass and walk away.

HER actions are far more disturbing to me than this poor dude, who clearly has some cognitive issues. There are proper and civil ways to address things and THAT was not it. On a personal note, I really do not consider wearing an out of date uniform stolen valor, unless you stick on bags and insignia to "look" like a PX hero.

Honestly, these videos drive me nuts. The people making the videos of themselves cussing and bragging about their "friends that died for that uniform" are just trolling for attention themselves. Hey, look at me! If the guy is trying to con money with it, call the authorities. Otherwise, say your piece, if you're so inclined, and move on. Anybody who talked to this guy will immediately know he had some type of issue and not take him seriously anyway.

This woman is way out of line. This poor guy is not just possibly mentally ill, he is obviously cognitively delayed too. She needs to chill. It’s not her place to do this stuff.

Stolen Valor is not a noun! This guy is a whack job and this dependa is getting a little emotional about some shit that isn't her torch to carry.
