With my Fed Rec Status stuck on "awaiting post screening review" for over a month, how much longer before it starts moving forward?

LTC (Join to see), when your packet is in "post screening review", you are in the "exemplary conduct" phase. You are correct in that it hasn't been scrolled yet if at the phase.
10 U.S.C. § 3583 gives the "Requirement of exemplary conduct"* which is basically the "make sure they didn't do anything that's going to bite us in the hindquarter" step.
Everyone on the list is run through a final review with Army CID, the DAIG and a view of everyone's restricted portion of the AMHRR.
This could be a quick or lengthy process depending on how many people are on the list. Keep in mind that it is a manual review of the restricted portion by a few select individuals.

* 10 U.S.C. § 3583 "Requirement of exemplary conduct" states:
All commanding officers and others in authority in the Army are required--
(1) to show in themselves a good example of virtue, honor, patriotism, and subordination;
(2) to be vigilant in inspecting the conduct of all persons who are placed under their command;
(3) to guard against and suppress all dissolute and immoral practices, and to correct, according to the laws and regulations of the Army, all persons who are guilty of them; and
(4) to take all necessary and proper measures, under the laws, regulations, and customs of the Army, to promote and safeguard the morale, the physical well-being, and the general welfare of the officers and enlisted persons under their command or charge.

Thank you, Sir. This is very helpful. There shouldn't be anything in my restricted fiche that I'm aware of - is that folder viewable when I log in to iPerms?

*chuckle* ... You should already know if you have a restricted folder on your AMHRR.
If you want to check to make sure something wasn't erroneously filed in your AMHRR instead of someone else's, it should be on your iPERMS when you log into it.
I'm 99% sure of this, but cannot definitively answer because I don't have a restricted folder myself.

In situations like this, it can be helpful to reach out to the appropriate agency or department responsible for handling security clearances. They should be able to provide you with more specific information about the status of your application and any potential delays. They can also address any concerns or questions you may have and provide you with an estimated timeline for the completion of the review https://geometrydashbloodbath.io/
