For a direct commission into the Army or Air Force Reserve as a nurse, what specialties are needed, and are there any incentives to join?

Looking for some insight on direct commissioning, specialties needed, incentives to join etc! I’ll take any info you’ve got.. I’ve contacted army and Air Force reserve recruiters and have been waiting a few days for responses. Also, what’s the process of joining the guard as a civilian? I’ve also contacted several guard units and waiting.. Thanks!!
