For someone new to the PSYOP community, what guidance in regards to manuals and regulations for a PSYOP Sergeant do you recommend?

Since no one has responded to you, I will answer what I know. Even though I am not PSYOP/MISO, I have worked with them in the SOF community. You probably are aware of the Army Regs (or can easily find them). However, don't forget that MISO is also considered a SOF Support mission as well and therefore you may be operating off of joint regs. For MISO that is: JP 3-13.2 (just looked it up). Hope that helps.

Thank you sir! I ended up finding a lot of them, and actually had JP 3-13 but i did not have the 13.2. I really appreciate your assistance!
