For those who take tests for advancement, how about we start an RP group or ongoing discussion tailored to advancement?

I know us in the Navy & the Air Force take tests/exams (amongst other factors) to get advanced to the next paygrade (i think the Army does boards, and im not too sure about the marines). I am big on seeing Sailors, Airmen, Soldiers, and Marines advance & getting the proper training and quals to succeed in today's military, and with the large amount of experience and knowledge here on RP, i think we can help each other study, answer any questions, and quiz each other.

here's a brief resume of what ive done when it comes to advancement:
In my 8+ years in the Navy, im responsible for helping 30% of personnel in my commands advancing to the next paygrade (referring to the departments i worked in), out of 35 Chief packages i helped put together and/or conducted record reviews, 17 of those made Chief (12 in 1 cycle), and assisted in the administrative functions of 5 officer packages, resulting in 2 personnel picking up officer
