For the Veterans: Are you happy after leaving service? What would you do to change your time in?
For you Service Members: Are you happy and content with your service and career? Are you planning on retiring?

I don't think I would change a thing either. I was happy then, happy now, and happy to have served my country!

I wouldn't change anything. It was a great ride, did a lot of interesting things, visited interesting places, met interesting people and lifetime friends.
After service has been good too. The only thing is i've never been in one place for so long. Have been in negotiations with CinC House about doing the RV thing around the country. Negotiations are currently at a stalemate.

During service-I had the time of my life. Yeah, there was always bullshit to deal with, but it was an amazing experience. Only wish myself, and my platoon had not got the Iraqi crud. Too many meds now, and my guys are falling like rocks.

Civilian life-I hate people.
