With the number of deployments slowing down, would it be a good career move to have Recruiter and Drill Sergeant duty completed rather than another assignment in the same position?

Although I cannot speak from personal experience, I have heard throughout my career that either one of those (Drill Sergeant more than Recruiter) are career enhancing assignments. They show broadening your career as well. If you have already been a PSG, I would recommend either of those! Good luck!

MAJ Oberg, thanks for the response. I've already completed Recruiting duty and have volunteered for Drill Sergeant duty at Ft. Benning, GA. I volunteered for the experience and military schooling opportunities at Ft. Benning. Thanks again!
