Fresh out of 35T AIT: What is a better first duty station for starting out my Army career as a 35T, Fort Hood or Korea?

What is a better first duty station for starting out my Army career as a 35T, Fort Hood or Korea?
What I know I want out of my first duty station:
I have a bunch of lower body injuries that doctors have been reluctant to treat so I want to spend my first year doing rehab. Is rehab for a year possible at either assignment? (Not a POS, I still maxed my apft even while injured—I just need some actual medical treatment so I walk, run, march, and ruck normal again)
I want to have the opportunity to gain a ton of technician experience. I don’t care how hard or draining the hours would be, I want to be a good tango.
I want the opportunity to effectively utilize the part time tuition assistance the Army offers (schooling around the area or online).
I want to be molded into an even more effective soldier (more general Army knowledge, leadership opportunities, idk I want to be a good soldier that’s not spineless, appears to know what they’re doing and can communicate that effectively).
I want the SPC waiver, I’ve achieved a lot in AIT and I’ll work hard for SPC waiver. Is the duty station you’re sent to play as a factor in the earning that waiver? I don’t want to stay as a private for another 6 months.

Korea is a terrible first duty station for anyone.
It does not matter what you think is better, you'll get whatever HRC gives you for your first duty station.
Starting out your career on profile for long term physical injuries is a direct road to a medical separation.
You absolutely will not be the one who receives the E4 waiver if you're on profile.

SGT (Join to see) when there's half a million people in the Active Duty Army one or two will defy the odds. But Commanders like PT studs and that's usually who the waiver goes to

Commanders definitely like PT studs, but I know of plenty of people in my unit who are on permanent profiles and receive waivers. An INSCOM MI Bn is 100% willing to waiver people who regularly score >179 on their pt tests and/or have permanent profiles.

SFC (Join to see) I literally came back active duty Sec of 2017 and had to reclass to 13M and my experience here in this MOS is that it doesn't matter if your on temp or permanent profile you still get a waiver to E4 and they even promote individuals on temp profile to corporals. They hide a lot of things that in my other two MOS 13B and 25B I have never experienced. I'm desperately trying to submit the packet to 25D. I'm very disappointed in what I'm experiencing.

Fresh out of AIT without a projected duty station? That isn’t how the Army works, and I’ve reached out to individuals who work at the 35T school house, the last graduating class they had was 3 weeks ago.

BLUFF: Your unit matters more than the duty station. if your in a MI unit(you will do your job)but if your in a combat arms unit it will be a different experience( not doing your job). Fort Hood will probably be better for medical.
