FYI, New Risk Management Worksheet for schoolhouses/ TRADOC organizations

SUBJECT: TRADOC TASKORD – IN141191, Risk Management Worksheet Transition


1. Situation. On 22 April 2014 Army Publications Directorate published ATP 5-19, Risk Management, dated April 2014. This doctrine replaced the now obsolete FM 5-19, Composite Risk Management, dated August 2006. ATP 5-19 established DD Form 2977 as the standard risk management worksheet, replacing the now rescinded DA Form 7566. On 23 April 2014 DoD Forms Branch released DD Form 2977, dated JAN 2014, for general use.

2. Mission. TRADOC organizations will immediately discontinue use of rescinded DA Form 7566 and begin use of DD Form 2977 as the standard risk management worksheet. Users will replace existing and active risk management worksheets predominately through normal review and replacement cycles NLT 1 May 15.

3.A. Suspense: NLT 1 May 2015 TRADOC risk management practitioners will replace all active DA Form 7566 with an approved DD Form 2977.
