I was discharged as a chapter 11, with a RE3, listed under uncharectarized discharge.
There was no misconduct, or any legal infractions. My DS believed I was failing to adapt after a vist to sick call, for a possible leg injury, the doctor then reffered me to see the behavioral health center where the Dr/psychologist, stated I was fit to return to training, but failing to adapt. Thus it was brought to the Captains attention, where it was decided I be discharged. This was in June of 2015, Basic training Ft. Sill, Ok. I would like to know my standings of getting a waiver for enlistment with any branch, whether it be close to the 6 month mark or a way after.

Greetings RP!

I am and have been desperately trying to reenlist and get back in the Army since the beginning of 2015.

I served from May 16, 2006 until January 22, 2010.

My last duty assignment was with the 28th Combat Support hospital out of Ft Bragg, NC.

My RE code is 3 I think. I made some minor mistakes while deployed to Iraq. I never had any major disciplinary issues. Was always proficient in my MOS as well as physically fit and an overall good soldier. I have learned from my mistakes and am ready to serve our country as a career soldier.

Can anyone here assist a troop in getting back into the greatest army??
