When the predictions are consistent in their error, you know science has not been applied. Predictions of warming, with all their computer modeling and nth order non-linear differential equation solving power, still rely on the assumptions and inputs of humans. If the errors are random, you may be trying to actually find truth. If they consistently indicate more warming than we (later) find out actually took place, you know the "scientist" has an agenda and wants an answer that matches his perspective.

remember the global cooling scare in the mid 70's ? I do, I was only in the first grade and that stuff scared me I hated cold weather. you can can even find global cooling on the covers of time magazines from the 70's

I remember that very well. Then they changed their minds and said things were warming up instead. Per the last few winters. I would say cooling, but only because my bird fountain in sunny Texas has frozen over 3 years in a row.

Every year say that..... every year..... do you understand each and every process and why they change? Is it possible that locations with rising sea levels have because of the subducting plates? Do you know? Or How much Volcanic eruptions increase surface temperatures? Do we constantly record upper levels of our Ionosphere continually seeing variability can be quite extreme? You need to study and stop parroting what you think you hear. Just sayin! Or when you have 35 years exp. out.
