I recently just got out of the military Now I'm going through divorce,came home today she took all my money.is there anything I can do.just want to find out if anybody going through this kind of situation before?

Unfortunately, this is something I have seen time and time again. There are things you can do in the future (for your next relationship), like keeping certain assets separate.
For now, your attorney should be able to make a claim for the assets and send a formal letter to her and her attorney indicating what assets you claimed were in the account. When the final divorce settlement is decided on in court, hopefully the assets she has already transferred will be taken into account.
You should also start protecting your other assets, if you haven't done so already. Anything she has her name on, she can try to sell, including your car.
Note: I'm not a lawyer, so make sure you review this with your attorney. If you don't have one, get one ASAP.

After recently divorced a cheating spouse of 30 years, I feel your pain.
After contacting a lawyer, change the beneficiary to any and all assets(life/death ins., pension etc.. ASAP!!
Make sure to have a waiver to any and all future earnings or benefits in the divorce decision.

Take the time to look for a lawyer who specializes in Father's Rights or the Men's side of divorce.

For starters, I would immediately open a new account and have your direct deposit sent there.

Ssgt Justyn Amick some banks if not most don't allow you to take the other person off the account. You have to close the account completely and open a new one with just your name. Personal experience.

SFC (Join to see) Ah, well, others have indicated that they contacted USAA to have the other individual removed from the account. You are right about some banks requiring the signature of the individual being removed, that has happened in the past with an account my wife was tied to.
