GoPros being used during training and on ranges -- Your thoughts?

I'm just curious what everyone's stance is on troops using there gopro during training and on firing ranges. I personally have used mine when doing training and when i have been range safety and got a lot of cool videos and pictures. The second part to this is if anyone knows of any regulations about using them?
