Got a question.....Since Mrs. Hllary Clinton is going about the email thing wrong, is it OK for me to use the SIPRNet?

all's I'm saying is Leaders are suppose to lead by example...so is it OK for me to plug my laptop into the SIPRNet and surf and send whatever I want...If it is...I have a friend who plugged his laptop into this and they came and took his laptop....can I tell him that it's OK that he can get it replaced
