Hello everyone.
My company focuses on training veterans to make video games at no cost to them. We are also trying out a model where we pay veterans with previous experience in related fields (for instance, digital art, programming, or 3D modeling) but do not have any experience in game development.
We currently have one paid training spot available, currently seeking someone who has a background in programming. If you are a programmer and are confident in your ability to quickly pick up new systems or languages, contact me for details.
As for the regular training, all veterans are welcome to join in on our community on Facebook where we share free learning resources, and the more experienced Hounds train the newer ones. That can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ [login to see] 86132/
We will have our orientation course released on Udemy.com within the first week of December, so I look forward to you joining us.

If you are ever hiring for production, let me know. I was a former Producer at Infogrames/Atari after being the QA Manager for the Minneapolis studio.

Not a lot there but I'm proud of most of what I worked on, especially the surprise $10million franchise.

I have been teaching myself 3D modelling and design, and plan to learn programming in C# soon after, so I'm rather interested in this.

C# is a wonderful language with lots of development resources available at no cost. C++ is generally preferred in high performance applications, but we may see more optimization in C# in the future so one day it might even take the cake.

I referred your company to a buddy of mine who recently graduated game design after he ETS'd a few years ago.
