I have. It worked very well for a short period of time. It didn't cause any damage or addiction, but it's not permanent relief either. I know some people who get them somewhat regularly.

Never got one in the foot, but used to get them in my knuckles due to bone spurs due to excessive steering wheel vibration in my 1965 MGB.

SGT (Join to see) - I have received several for plantar fasciitis and they did relieve the pain for a period of time and offered relief during the healing process.

I also recently got one in my hip to relieve pain from a bursitis inflammation.

My father is having them injected into his knee. He is happy with the results.
