Has anyone (Army) submitted for medical stabilization? How long did it take to get a response?

I submitted for medical stabilization via the Stabilization of Soldiers and Military Families with Special Needs MILPER Message Number
17-093. This was something signed into law in 2010 NDAA and a MILPER sent out to remind people in March. I had it submitted a few weeks ago. Wondering if any other soldiers have done this and how long it took to hear a response if approved or disapproved.
