Has anyone else had a difficult time trying to maintain meaningful personal relationships since leaving the military?

I have been kind of dating a woman for the past couple weeks, she just broke it off because "she didn't believe that it could become something ongoing." Sadly, this is a reoccurring pattern in my love life for the past four years. Are there any pointers that anyone can give me here? It is really becoming something that is quite depressing.
