Has anyone else had an issue getting on Assignment Satisfaction Key (ASK) on AKO?

Is anyone else having problems getting the ASK page to work? For some reason every time we try to use it here in Baumholder we (myself and my Soldiers) get an error message, stating that ASK is having difficulties retrieving Our SSNs from AKO.
