NO, never had that happen. How to fix depends on what is missing.. Some sections you can provide documentations to your S1 and they can correct, other items will be corrected by other means.. in any case you will have to provide supporting documentation for the updates you want. So collect all of that and go see your S1... the will advise.

Have you talked to the S1 shop and see if they have physical copies? Also I recommend that you keep a copy for yourself for every document just in case. This may not help you now, but at least can help you for the future.

I got out in 2007 and had a house fire that destroyed all my originals and I will admit it was my fault I never scanned them into a system I kept them in a fireproof box that alas wasn't fireproof at all. Now my OMPF has my enlistment contract, one NCOER and one ARCOM for my total 6 years of service
