Has anyone else had their profile flagged without apparent reason?

I have asked the fist time about my profile picture and was told that they did not see why it was removed. Now it has happened again and I do not know why.

You should have received a list of possible reasons with the notification. What was the image that you posted? Here is the link to the approved profile pictures.

It just had a generic list of things in the rules. nothing specific. The last time it was the same picture and when they reviewed it they said it was fine.
