Has anyone ever successfully transitioned from AGR enlisted to AGR commissioned/warrant officer?

Currently on the HRC website under eligibility to become a commissioned/warrant officer it states "d. AGR Enlisted to AGR Officer/Warrant Officer. HRC is not currently accepting applications for direct accession from the Enlisted AGR program to the Officer/Warrant Officer AGR program." Additionally, according to MILPER Message 17-311, AGR enlisted soldiers are not eligible to attend OCS and conditional releases are not authorized. According to AR 135-18, chapter 4-5 however, AGR enlisted soldiers may request an appointment to become a commissioned or warrant officer under AR 135-100. Furthermore, a successfully commissioned soldier may continue serving in the AGR program, provided a position commensurate with their skill and grade is available.

And if Army, same MOS type? Maybe you could go USAF, they’d probably have suitable AFSCs analogously, I’d be interested to hear more, I have an interest in career/education topics...,
