1LT Philpot all the AAAC, AntiTerrorism I, and etc type stuff we're able to accomplish during the intercession between UTAs. There are a few Soldiers here and there that don't get it done for whatever reason. Those Soldiers are sat down at the UTA and must complete the task right then and there.
There are also a couple of Soldiers that state they do not have computer access. Those Soldiers are allowed access at the UTA.
I know of another PTL that was able to get his hands on a few refurbished laptops that were donated by local folks. He brought those in and they're set up for miscellaneous usage by the Soldiers as needed during the UTA.
