Has anyone figured out the new CATS and ATN system?

From what it looks like CATS and aTN have completely revamped their systems, and after multiple attempts it looks like that you can't just simply look up tasks by their METL number anymore. Has anyone had this issue or been able to solve this?

Looks like you have released yet more acronyms on us this morning. I am bewildered by all these "new speak" acronyms in use today. I know they all make sense, at some level. So, I can be of no help. I did try and figure it out though, just for my own satisfaction and interest. All these new electronic systems in use today seem to all go toward making the life of the modern warrior easier. If anything, navigation within the military system has never been an easy task.
