Has anyone heard information back from the 2009 Captain's OSB? Any idea when the selected officers would be notified?

FAQs on HRC's website for the FY15 CPT ACC OSB E-SERB were updated yesterday 25JAN2015. The example timeline now reflects February instead of January.

I have yet to receive an accurate response back from HRC on this topic and there is no exact date on when results will be released. Your Branch Manager can’t really tell you where you stand at all, for they are not on the OSB review board and I am tired of the Rumor-Mill and Gossips. You can ask anyone if he/she thinks you’re high risk or not and your Branch Manager has just as much say as whoever you ask. All I know is that after the Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) approves the board reports, officers selected by these boards for early retirement or separation will be personally notified of their selection, followed by official correspondence. I have no clue when the final stamp of approval will be.

Milper Message Number 15-176 has most of the information and there isn’t much updates in the Final FAQs as of 25 Jan 16.

It is obvious that there will not be any list publicly released. Officers who are selected for separation will be released from active duty on a date designated by the SECARMY. So, I would assume that if you don’t hear anything about the OSB personally from your Boss at all this year, you’ll be fine. All we can do right now is simple…patiently, wait.
