1. Congratulations and good work!
2. Now the work of teaching your peers and those that follow you begins. Marksmanship is the critical skill of the warrior. It is the foundation of all we do. Make all your peers and subordinates your equal, because they may get to take a shot you can't, and it may save your life.

I know this is like five years old. But this is an awesome response. Good advice and way to lead. You're only as good as your weakest link.

Congratulations PV2 Baker. That's good shit. Just remember now that you set that bar, you need strive to get that all the time. I know going to the range is a little more difficult for support units that the combat ones, most of the time. But that doesn't mean you should let those skills fall to the wayside. Keep up the good work.

I'd put that up by one, no less than 36. That way you still shoot expert. Depending on the type of qualification targets you're using. Aim small, miss small. But either way, it's good that your minimum isn't that.... minimal.

Congrats PV2,
Just remember you are a soldier first and despite one's MOS they should always strive to be the best in their Warrior Tasks and Drills. Keep up the good work!
