Has anyone taken the Sandia Mtns tram-way up to the top of Sandia Peaks mountains out in Albuquerque lately?

I always enjoyed the tram, my first ride up was in 1980

I've taken it probably a dozen or so times. Always enjoyed it. And a good excuse to get off the base and out of Albuquerque.

It's been a few years since we've done it. Usually when we have out of guests, we'll take them up there. Last time, we parked at the bottom, hiked up the La Luz, had a margarita at the summit bar, and took the tram down. That was a good day!
