It would make a great RECCE bag or vehicle/speed ball bag, however way to big for assault bag. I carry TCCC junk on my kit easy to get to along with all my shooters, my assault pack is basically completely open and I make ALL my own kits, seal them then super glue velcro to my kits and stick them in my bag with white label facing up with big bold letters indicating BLOOD/CRIC/IO/TXA/TIVA and a few other airway and access gadgets are slid into holes I cut around the bag. So if you open the bag and a bird hovers over your head... Nothing comes out, everything is waterproofed, and everyone can identify whats in it so you can have someone help. I am TDY right now, I will send a picture when I get back. Remember all you need (depending on your mission) is stuff to preserve life not sustain, thats what your vehicle/kick bags are for. Hope this helps bro

CSM Michael Chavaree - I'd be interested to see how you set your kits up. There's always best practices that can be learned from other's experience.

I arranged for my last unit to get a number of those for medical coverage, they are amazing bags, and I still use mine.

SSG Travis Carney I haven't used it specifically but on my last deployment they issued us something similar 3 parts . Framed on a ruck frame was the biggest, a medium sized one (size of an assault bag) and then a smaller bag similar to the M9 Aid Bag.... Can't remember what's the name of my personal one... Which I like.. So I'll take a look and report back.

My biggest thing when it comes to my aid back are two parted. A) what offers me the best interior configuration which is why I like the all velco pouches or something similar so I can gut it of all the crap I don't need. And B) what bag looks least like an air bag. Our current enemy knows what we as medics do and they know we're good at it. We're a force
Multiplier and standing out on patrol as the medic I always tried to avoid. Especially when most TIC result in an enemy that chooses when to initiate.
