It's simple and easy....painless and quick....that is for land purchase... Go for it. Never used the auction...did not know about it. Will have to check it out.

SFC (Join to see) I have not actually used it but I have checked out the land that was being offered during a number of Auctions. You really have to do a thorough research on the property.
Because there maybe issues with the asking price, right of way, easements, equipment/building, septic, terrain, mineral rights to name a few.

Yeah I checked that too. As well as the larger parcels are all pretty much out in BFE. That's why I wondered if anyone had gone through the process.

I haven't used the auction part but I did use their land loan. It wasn't bad but be prepared to keep on them to meet contract deadlines. They seemed a little overworked and confused sometimes.
