Yes and has anyone provided metrics that the training sessions yield any fruit? How do we get better in the realm of suicide prevention? A hard nut to crack for sure.

Yes there are metrics at command level. We are all responsible to make a program work. A program is just a program. It will not work unless we implement it. The metric helps the command to target high risk soldiers in order to help them individually or to recognize a trend in a unit.
