Yes, it helps me get out of my head for a bit and forget the problems around me. I like that I am able to have goals to meet and am rewarded for meeting them.

Yes, video games help with my anxiety and relieves stress. I feel like I have more control when I’m gaming. I’m also a bit more structured as to what and how I’m going to do things.

Yes I do use video games as a way to relieve stress. I usually play a lot of sports games like Madden, NBA 2K, and I also play shooters such as Tom Clancy's: Division and Call of Duty.

Yes, I played a lot of the "Call Of Duty" games, both on my own and team play. The camaraderie is similar to being in service. The action is mind consuming to help distract from pain caused by my service connected disabilities. Plus the games are enjoyable.
