Sure do! The games I play depends on my mood, If I'm really stressed out and about ready to go off the deep in I will play Call of Duty, Assassin Creed or HALO. When I'm mellow I will play Civ 6, DDO and Defiance to name a few.

Yes, when i can carve out time. Gaming is my escape and helps me mitigate stress and anxiety. Open games like Skyrim or even Madden help me focus thoughts and energy differently. Just as other folks here point out....the gym works well too!

yes I do! It helps me forgot the problems that plague me on my day to day. I had to retire because of my disability from the US Navy 98-03

Sometimes I like to just watch too, like a movie or something, my hands don't always cooperate so its easier to watch, and get everyone laughing, our life is no laughing situation by and large, so games are a big help. I don't like to leave the house unless I have to, so games are my main source of "peopleing". I'm working on it, looking into horse therapy.
