With my PTSD, video games help redirect my intrusive thoughts.

I play more than my share of games (400+ just on steam), even do a bit of streaming from time to time. I find that playing with other vets is the most enjoyable and there are many groups out there to help vets connect to play such as MVG (Military & Veteran Gamers) is a great group if anyone is looking to join up with some vets for a game, or just to smoke and joke. https://discord.gg/military

Play all the time. It is my pastime. That's how I deal.

Some games can relieve stress. And some can add stress.
