Yes, I was a part of a study at landstuhl where they gave us xbox's and a huge selection of games. We were told to keep a log of what and when we played. From what I saw, even guys who never played before deployment liked playing the games even as a way to detatch ourselves from the stress of the combat that we had just experienced in real life. I have even noticed a COP that was used in a certain game as a template for a map. It was identical in the game to the real life COP I had just left. Very surreal to see.

Most definitely good way to relieve stress out of the day. It feels good just to tune everything out for awhile.
