Have any of you turned to video games for stress relief?

I have and it is one of the most relaxing things i can say i enjoy. Especially games like the Assassin's Creed games and Skyrim or Destiny.

When I am playing with my kids they enjoy Need for Speed or MLB or Fight Night. It's helped me connect with my kids as well especially after being gone for most of their young life.

I pretty much play the above mentioned games on Steam, GoG, Origin,Ubi Gw2,ESO. Atm I am needing to load all that back onto my new baby "Apex Predator" I had a lot of fun building her and modding everything out. which reminds me if anyone needs advice or help with a rig , will be happy to help. also if any are making the leap from windows to linux , I can help
and if any of you gaming studs and studetts are looking to get schooled, if any of you want to get slapped around and totally P'owned by a true gaming master..... until they get here..............Will I do ? *wink*

yes and I find that it helps a lot, it keeps me from ripping peoples heads off, I play WOW and when I am really stressed out I go in to my game and start killing all of the bad npc and it really helps
