Yes, Video games such as Backgammon, Dominos and Alien Shooter games helps me to relax, take my mind of things that cause stress and helps me to concentrate.

My wife had multiple strokes a few years back and we both play Elder Scrolls Online almost daily. It helps her hand eye coordination helps both of us relax. Big plus is our daughters also play from other states so we have family game nights.

I personally have started playing MCOC I have found a lot of veterans on this game. We all believe that it has helped us with our PTSD and stress. I was even told by one of my fiends that he has asked the VA to help with getting them to pay for some of the game.

I love playing games on my phone and computer. It's relaxing and a great distraction. I do mostly puzzle type like Sudoku, MahJong solitaire, rummi kub, hidden object, word search, Angry Birds, zen koi, mazes and coloring. They take me out of my obsessive thoughts and worries.

Absolutely. I recently took a weekend getaway to DC (from Baltimore) to participate in the Pokémon World Championships. I registered to play Pokkén Tournament in that event and was a great way to de-stress.
