Have any other promotable 68Js had a hard time getting an ALC school slot?

Hi Sgt. I am new to RP. My son is a former Army Sgt. and would know your acronyms but being that he is in prison for having shot and killed his friend that was raping a woman right in front of him I would like to reply to your question on his behalf.
Tell me what is 68J's and ALC? I will do my best to make suggestions to your question.
