Have you ever attended a Zumba class?

I have never attended Zumba. I have seen them in passing, however. I'd argue that nearly 100% of the participants are women. My father, in his 60s, recently attended a class and has really taken to it. He now wants me to attend a class before my leave is over. Have you ever attended a Zumba class? What are your thoughts and opinions?

Yes. It's a wicked fun time and has served to teach me that I have no rhythm. Yes it is predominately female, but that's not really a bad thing.

I have absolutely no rhythm. Is this going to be my downfall? :P

ENS (Join to see) - No, but you might feel a bit silly the first time. I tend to stay in the back so I'm not as noticeable, but you get the hang of it after a couple times.
