SGT (Join to see) In 1963 at age 30, I passed the SF PT test as it was then. I did not go to work the next day, I barely was able to get to a steam room in the hopes of getting my quads to relax.

Yes, SGT, every day Sir, however, I am not on the same page you are on.. Mine is NOT related to physical exercise.. mine is more related to chemical/neurological issues.. but I appreciate "barely able to walk" Wishing you the best..
