Edit: I'm asking specifically about a "military science" degree, not counting towards other degrees via JST or VMET.

May be poorly asked question.

If you are prior service, it will get you advanced placement in any ROTC program, so the short answer is yes, your NCO evaluations and schooling will count towards a Military Science Degree.

Yes . The best thing to do is google JST (Joint service transcript) and put in your info . It can give your un official transcript from the military and gives you an option to send an official straight to the school . No charge. I ended up with 20+ credit hours from it . Hope this helps !

A lot of my schools have counted as credits towards my degree. SSD's, BLC, ALC have all counted towards my bachelor's degree. You can type in the email or address where you want your military transcript sent and it'll go right there almost instantly for review.
