SGT (Join to see) - This doctor does a good job explaining ACV. Someone posted a thread about this a few days ago, I'm surprised you didn't see it. As for why I think it's better, well, that's just personal experience -- ACV use has been around for a long time, and I've used it most of my adult life. It works. I'm open to being wrong, but watch this and judge for yourself. Don't let the title put you off, it does much more than help you lose weight.

Yes, I use an alkaline concentrate to help balance out the acidity in my water. It's easy an portable wherever I go. As opposed to spending a lot on bottled water or in home systems, the portable concentrate works well in a pinch.
