Hello, How do I invite people to Rally Point?

I dont have Facebook :-)

From Browser, search for any person or go to your contacts, you will see instructions atop results. From Mobile, search any person (switch to 3rd tab over), or go to your contacts under profile, and see the icons. The word "invite" is not clear, the question is "Who else did you serve with?"
