I'm trying to find the man that recruited me into the Army. I know for a fact he's a former drill sergeant. His name is SFC Charles Wayne Jones. He was 42 last time I saw him so he's probably mid 40s. It's very important I get into contact with him. He made a huge difference in my life and is like a second father to me. I want to invite him to my wedding. Below is a picture of him. Can you please help?

Digging around looking for some resources to find an old friend and not having any luck. Anyone have any good places to look?
I've tried the cemetary/grave locator and thankfully I couldnt find him.
I've tried Military.com's buddy finder with no luck.
Some of the other ones out there that are the pay services I havent tried. Has anyone had luck with those?
I'm a member of the American Legion and the VFW and have just started looking there for help.
Any others I may have over looked?

I don't have much social media, but you could always try Facebook, Google Plus, and believe it or not, I have found people on my whitepages app. You can find just about anyone you need to if you know where they are from, some of their family member names, if they are a jr. sr. etc, what do they do now, maybe even check linkedin. a lot of military people go there.

Get in touch with the recruiting office you were recruited out of and let them know. Give them your contact information and ask if they could pass it along to him.
