Hilary Clinton violated State Department rules all four years she was Secretary of State.

There is no accountability, and without accountability you can get away with whatever the **** you want. Goes back to the basics of leadership - was it lacking? Who did she report to? Who is/was supposed to hold her accountable?

What concerns me most of all is that regardless of what she does or doesn't do between now and November 2016 the same stupid American voters who voted for Obama already have their minds made up and will vote for her too. Especially here in NY where I live.

Because obama DOJ will not prosecute. she is being treated as an exception.

The problem with her is that she knows how to play stupid. She will say that right words at the right time, just to draw in the votes. I really do hate to say this but POTUS put us in the toilet, she will flush and destroy it all.

How could these emails not be classified at least FOUO or Confidential. I am sure at least some of them would raise the the level of Secret and maybe a few TS. How could they not if you follow the rules for what qualifies as "classified" information. I try not to address politics on this forum but this just burns me up.

She broke the law period! She has been around government long enough to know the protocols for emails and documents.

The Clinton's have been manipulating the laws since their careers started. If you can remember when Bill took office he was in a few scandals with land deals and of course the many sec scandals.

Sad part of this whole Clinton thing is the republicans are afraid of these two and won't do anything to stop them.

We have Trey Gowdy as the only states advocate that has challenged her relentlessly and receives no support from his colleagues or Federal Judges around this country.

As far as Bengazi I can only surmise that the embassy employees and ambassitor didn't get support was because they had to much knowledge about what was going on behind the scenes in that country. They needed to silence the critics. Just my theory.

Look at what is happening with POTUS legislation. Constantly trying to take more power from the People. Constitutional provisions being challenged and now the SCOTUS being intimidated.

The republican's can't even get together on who should run for third party. With daily incident reporting in this country has our court systems at the breaking point. Look at how many are republican's are running for President?

I think it is time for the people party!!! Yes a party elected by the people and for the People.
