Indictment's abound. Regardless of guilt or innocence, the evidence points to indictment, but if political bias prevents indictment, you can't prove guilt or innocence. If a person does not know a document is or should be classified and transmits it, then says she did not transmit classified documents, then it that a lie?

These type of "investigations?" by Congress have long been nothing more than a means to attack a political opponent. That is why Gowdy ask the questions in the manner that he did.
