How am I supposed to PCS if I'm flagged and my unit hasn’t sent my paperwork to higher in 2 months?

I was flagged July 11, 2018 with an AA. since then a MPO has been put into place and the other person violated it. its been 30 days, i’ve changed my DEROS date already and im supposed to leave September 27, 2018. No update from my unit and my 1SG said that he hasn’t even looked at my packet yet. What am I supposed to do while my Unit has put me on the back burner and nobody is helping? Do i go to IG?

Look a Falg is just that- if you read the regulations- a flag STOPS all personnel actions AWARDS, ORDERS, etc.! I suggest you kindly ask the 1sg if this can be expedited, cause according to the regs- the minute you got flagged, you were not eligible for ANYTHING!

I thought a flag was to stop things the service member wanted. If he did not want it, he got it anyway. Otherwise, it would not be a punishment and have no corrective value.
