I'm looking to submit UQR (unqualified resignation) and was wondering how an ETS date is determined. Im over 8 years in and have completed my ADSO and MSO.

If you have completed your ADSO and MSO, you need to submit a REFRAD and not a UQR

Unless things have changed since AR 600–8–24 • 8 February 2020 was published and a HRC memo that is now somewhat dated that stated "The minimum timeframe for submitting a properly completed request is 6 months to 1 year out from requested date. It must be received by HRC Separations
Branch with the 6 months to 1 year or it will not be accepted and Returned Without Action. "
