This Veterans Day we wanted to introduce you to Patriots Parade, initiated by one of our partner organizations, R4 Alliance.

From R4 Alliance:

Patriots Parade is an awareness and education initiative sponsored by R4 Alliance. On http://www.patriotsparade.org military and civilians alike can honor a service member from any generation by creating a free tribute page in their honor. These tributes are displayed on the site, and can be shared on RallyPoint, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media. Patriots Parade also documents decades of American Military history. Tributes are posted on the “Tribute Wall” and on the wall of the decade in which they served. Join the Parade!

From RP Staff:

Please take a look, let us know what you think, and share who you'll be thinking of if you're willing. Thank you!

It is not enough to take only this day in reflection on the sacrifices made by our men and women in the Armed Forces of this great country. This should be an every day sentiment! Thank you to all of my Coast Guard brothers and sisters for their service and their Semper Paratus!! To veterans of the other branches - Army, Navy Air Forces, and Marines - thank you for your sacrifices, your service, and your dedication to our country. May there come a day when you no longer need to make those sacrifices for we shall all know peace. Amen.

I created a tribute to my father LTC (r) Paul Gilllette Sr.. He served for 20 years as a MEDIVAC Pilot, and also helped design the UH-60 MEDIVAC. Check out his tribute and all of the other heroes https://patriotsparade.org/ltc-paul-e-gillette-sr/

Our flight is planning on making a trip to a Texas Roadhouse for food that day, should be a good time. Otherwise I don't really have any other plans.
