Stay on your schedule - don’t get way off your routine. Get outside and exercise as much as possible. Turn off the news. Don’t watch that crap all day. Don’t sit on your butt all day on the computer or in front of the TV.
The other thing is stay positive with your spouse. Its a scary time for some people. The news media is trying to keep everyone scared. Don’t make it worse. Keep your family’s morale up and they’ll in turn help you.
