Hi I’m trying to access the tour of duty site but it won’t load or give me access is there a specific procedure or way to gain access to the site?

You have to be on a .mil connection to access, hence government computer and internet. They changed it while back.

Which I still find to be so hilarious in a non-hilarious way considering its aimed at reservists/NG who , you know.... dont live on or near a facility with that access. Any word on when/if they would revert?

Unfortunately you can not access it from a Non DoD computer.

Some units advertise their positions through Facebook too because of that.
